Researchers may now collect their access/transfer licence at our office by appointment.

What to bring during licence collection:

1) Signed and stamped statutory declaration form

2) Material transfer declaration form (for export licence collection only)

3) Cash for licence fee payment at the State Treasury

4) Provide us with your access/export licence reference number (already e-mailed to you during licence application approval, if you have yet to receive a reference number please e-mail us)
