SaBC is pleased to announce that the Sabah Biodiversity Access and Export Online Application System (SaBAES) Version 2.0 will officially go live on January 1, 2026.

Starting from this date, all access and export licence applications must be submitted electronically through the upgraded SaBAES platform (https://sabaes.sabah.gov.my/login)
