06 August 2026: Sabah Biodiversity Centre’s (SaBC) Licensing Unit recently conducted a field monitoring exercise during the Seagrass Environmental DNA (eDNA) Sampling Programme at Pulau Kalumpang and Pulau Mabul.

This monitoring was carried out to ensure all research activities complied with the terms of the SaBC Access Licence, including adherence to approved sampling methods and field locations.

We thank the research team for their full cooperation and commitment to conducting responsible, compliant scientific research in Sabah!
