As of January 2024, the submission deadlines for the four (4) series of applications have been amended as the following:

Series 1: December 31st

Series 2: March 31st

Series 3: June 30th

Series 4: September 30th

Applications will be brought to the evaluation meeting only if they are COMPLETE upon the submission deadline. Licences are expected to be issued one to two months after the deadline.
